Getting here
The office is in the Baixa, downtown Lisbon, at R. dos Sapateiros 39, 3.º Esq., a street running parallel to Rua Augusta, between Rossio and Praça do Comércio. The nearest metro stations are Baixa-Chiado (Blue and Green lines), Rossio (Green line) and Terreiro do Paço (Blue line). If you are coming by car, there is parking at Parque Baixa-Chiado, at Largo da Boa Hora, 1.

Where is the NAA office?
The office is at R. dos Sapateiros 39, 3.º Esq., 1100-576 Lisboa, in the Baixa district. Meetings are held by prior appointment.
What are your opening hours?
We are available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, by appointment. Outside those hours you can leave a message through the form or write to [email protected] and we reply, as a rule, by the end of the next working day. Urgent support for those who are already our clients remains available outside normal office hours.
In which cities can we meet in person?
Besides Lisbon, where the office is, we also meet in Cascais, Viana do Castelo, Braga, Vila Real, Porto, Aveiro, Viseu, Coimbra, Santarém, Évora and Faro, in whichever area is most convenient for you and by prior appointment. Remotely, meetings take place by video consultation or by telephone.
This site is in four languages. What about the service?
This site has versions in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Not all of our lawyers speak all four languages, so if you tell us when booking which language you would prefer to be assisted in, we will arrange the appointment so that a lawyer with at least a working command of it is present.
